  Very disappointed with my experience at Express. I tried to return items within the 30-day policy with the original receipt and tags attached, but the system processed the wrong refund amount and no one in the store could properly resolve it. I spent over an hour waiting and was told to contact customer service myself. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I expected much better service and professionalism.

  Bought a dress the day before and decided to return it the following day because it didn’t look appropriate for an event (unworn and with tags). This location required a supervisor quality control check —as if the $57 knit dress was a Gucci handbag. Noticed the day before, their customer service was also a bit off. Stand offish and unhelpful in checking whether there were additional sizes in the stock room . Suggest Express corporate office perform quality check of its stores’ customer service. Their chain of stores are already suffering in loss of revenue.

  First time on this store! What an amazing customer service experience. Linda the staff for the fitting room was so helpful, helped me find my size, was very patient and provided other options for what I wanted.

  HUGE shoutout to Gia and Rosie. They were so beyond accommodating and helpful. From the moment I entered until when I left, they were extremely patient and helped me with all my size requests / changes and helped me order more online. They were the only two working on the floor when I was there and they handled it with such grace. If you ever need any help, definitely ask for either of them!
