  I came all the way from New York just to shop at this store, only to find that the entrance to the second floor was closed and I had to enter from the first floor. Being made a wasted trip was already a terrible experience, but when I went down to the first floor to go up to the second floor, this employee angrily and rudely stopped me, saying it was closed. He mumbled a bunch of things, which I couldn't understand, but his attitude was extremely offensive. I just want to say that this store isn't exactly low-end, but hiring such an unprofessional and rude person really lowers its image and class. Can't such a luxurious and expensive store afford even one decent, qualified employee? His English was broken, his attitude was terrible, and the signage was misleading, tricking me into going downstairs and then preventing me from going upstairs. Not only did the sign say to go upstairs from downstairs, but it also said that the upstairs area was for men. The sign upstairs is wrong for the downstairs, and the sign downstairs says the second floor is for men, which is also wrong. The signage is wrong and the attitude is so bad; they don't even explain properly.

  I hope your store goes under. The clothes and shoes look good but you deserve nothing. Worst customer service ever.

  Balenciaga itself is okay and would have received a lower rating. However, you get a 4/5 due to Juan being a great associate that made my experience great and he should be recognized for that. I would highly recommend that you go to him for any of your purchases or needs!
