  horrible customer service, not welcoming or helpful and they WILL judge you based on your clothes (i.e. if you look like you have money or not). as i was walking out, the employee at the register used their walkie talkie to speak to the manager up front, who then looked us up and down before waiting to answer behind our back. the store at short hills mall is way more professional 0/10

  I went at around 8:30 pm and one specific employee was very unkind, the second I stepped foot into the story she rudely said “The fittng rooms closed!”. Then when I asked her if they had a specific item she rolled her eyes and said “Only in orange!” Then when i asked her to take it she once again rolled her eyes and went to take it. When she came back she aggressively handed it towards me. I do not recommend shopping at this specific alo store the customer service is absolutely horrible. ALO should reconsider the employees who work at this store. As a frequent ALO shopper I will never come back to this store

  I experienced very poor customer service during my visit. When I politely declined to purchase their bag that didn't fit my budget, one of staff members scoffed behind my back. This behavior is highly unprofessional.

  Staff is rude you walk in the lady with big fake lips and black hair didn’t even say hello and kept walking behind me everything I touched she would refold . How about be more welcoming ask if I need help at those prices you need to at least be helpful.
