- OCOni ClarkApr 16, 20265.0So amazing. Tyler was an awesome help today when I came in looking for a very specific pair. I know they were discontinued (for a reason I can’t comprehend from vans) and I walked in ready to give up. Tyler did not. He looked and searched for a great solution and found me a pair the closest to what I was looking for that I can get my hands on and is having them sent from another store. Literally he is my hero. The entire team in the store was also so helpful and friendly. Great vibes.

I admittedly had never shopped in a mall before, and had a lot of anxiety, however it all melted away after seconds in this establishment. I didn't catch the name or pronouns of the cashier however they were incredible. They take customer service to a different level, and honestly need 10x whatever Vans is paying. Without dragging this on, I left with more than a pair of (awesome) shoes. I left feeling happy and cheerful from the staff. Much love Vans Staff!
- AAAustinApr 28, 20235.0I really like this place one of their employees Tyler B was so helpful and helped me choose the right shoes. I was just looking around and I found these amazing shoes and bought them they were pretty cheap and I really enjoyed my visit 😊 Edit: I came back almost 2 years later to buy new shoes and Tyler was once again super helpful I bought knu schools and he helped me out finding the right size with no pressure and helped me get the sales shoes on the side. he deserved the title manager

Nick was nice and helped us but there were 4 other employees at the counter doing nothing. I know it wasn't overly busy but Nick had us and another customer! Despite that, good stuff.
