  My daughter and I love this place and we tell everyone about it. The only thing is it doesn't say anything in the fine print that if I accept a reward that there's an expiration date. Of course any smart saver shopper would accept any reward/coupon especially if we spend enough money at a certain store/boutique. But if it's our reward given to us bc of the money we had spent then we should be able to use when we want to. I work 12 hr shifts so when I pick up extra shifts I can never make it to Playtos before closing. But I do try. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  Not so sure about this Plato's. I brought in one bag of items and they took 3 things from it. The items were Madewell mostly and boutique brands alike. I went on Poshmark and within 48 hours those same items they gave back to me are nearly all sold besides 2 still available... Also makes me wonder what they are selling in there and how many things they are missing out on that sellers bring in.

  Worst location ever. I went in to drop off a huge bag of clothing to sell and it took 5 minutes for an employee to acknowledge me, they were too busy loudly gossiping behind the register. I sat around for almost 2 hours (they said it would be a 45 minute wait), just for them to take 3 items for $11. Mind you, I brought in tons of NWT and like new clothing from good name brands, and their excuse was the “labels were too old”. One of the only items they DID take was a cheap, flimsy purse from Shein that I meant to throw away…but I guess that’s their vibe. The store is littered with fast fashion brands and trash clothing that is in horrible condition at ridiculously high pricing. Do not waste your time at this location whether you’re buying OR selling.

  I was there on the 19th of July during the 90% clearance sale it was misleading that they put clearance signs above clothes that weren’t clearance items as well as I find it very unprofessional that employees were unhanging and dropping them on the floor and telling customers they can “still look through them” because the store was closing soon and they wanted to “get ahead” those items they were dropping were clearance items. I feel like they need a better way of doing their sales because I was extremely disappointed from this experience and how the store organized this sale.
