  I went JCPenney's to get a Spanish Heritage shirt but they had absolutely none in the store what I found out later is that JCPenney's only carry specialty shirts at certain locations I was very disappointed with that so they only had carried that shirt in the Cherry Hill JCPenney's do better JCPenney's

  The jewelry department is horrible when it comes to answering the phone! I had brought my wedding ring from JCPenney over 5 years ago and have a lifetime warranty, so periodically it will go in the shop to get cleaned and polished but it seems like it takes forever to come back to me. The staff never answers the phone nor calls when your jewelry is finished being cleaned. I know that they ship it to Kentucky and you have to wait approximately 2 weeks for it to come back to NJ but the staff needs to do better with time management because it’s not right to ignore phone calls or customers who spend money in the store when you call for an update seeing if your jewelry is ready for pickup. This will be my last time going through this due to me being on hold for over 12 minutes!

  My family and I booked a sibling photo session with JCPenney as a Christmas gift for our parents. We purchased a package that included a canvas, mug, ornament, and refrigerator magnet. The canvas was the MAIN reason we chose this package because it was supposed to be a special keepsake for our parents. Unfortunately, we only received part of what we paid for and never received the canvas. I have gone to the store in person and have also reached out online multiple times trying to get this issue resolved. Instead of actually resolving the problem, I have continuously been given the runaround. It has now been almost a year, and I still do not have the canvas that I paid for. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We took these pictures specifically to give our parents a meaningful Christmas gift, and now almost a year later, we still don't have the complete package we paid for. I paid for a service and products that I did not fully receive, and the customer service experience has been just as disappointing. I need this issue resolved. At this point, I would either like the canvas that I originally paid for or an appropriate resolution/refund for the missing item. Complete waste of money and a very disappointing experience. I would strongly encourage people to think twice before booking a photo session with JCPenney if you expect to receive everything you paid for.

  The staff were completely fine, but please fix your air conditioning. This is the only place I found in the entire mall without functioning air conditioning and in the summer it's brutal in there. I feel bad for anyone who works there and has to deal with that all day.
