- JCJeff CarrSep 3, 20261.0Avoid this store at all cause. We went to the store because they were having a BOGO sale for back to school. We were assisted with questions from an associate on the floor. She helped us find shoes and confirmed which ones were and were not part of the sale. When I got to the register the guy said that they will not honor the sale and when I let them know that the employee that helped us on the floor specifically showed us these shoes and let us know that they would be part of the sale. His response was they are a new employee and they don't know any better. I put another shoe in the equation that was also supposed to be on the sale again this time I was told that's not part of this out either and they let me know that the only shoes that were part of the sale were a select couple of Skechers when the sale at the front door said BOGO and then when I asked the employees they said everything except for buying two pairs of Nikes at once. I can't support a business that puts a BOGO sign out front and then literally declines you of any BOGO when you get to the register.

I bought a pair of shoes and didn’t think i’d have to check the box to make sure they were the correct shoes. You’d think the cashier would though… wasted time and money coming back for them to take forever just to give me the right shoes. Don’t waste your time here.

They had every type shoe and sandal I needed, including safe walking or running shoes with great padded support for comfort. This was my first time ever shopping here, and they have great sales and other products as well in the Deptford store. I saved eighty dollars on 3 pairs today. That is a first ! : )
