  Same-day 6/6 ORDER NEVER ARRIVED - instead “OUT FOR DELIVERY” ALL DAY & NIGHT & Next day!!!!! It is 6/8 and STILL Shows are out for delivery (see image). No one picks up phone. I ordered a birthday gift for my friend on June 6th, I paid for same-day delivery and left a nice tip for the driver (assuming there’d be one). Edible’s website and email updates confirmed order, and showed me as it went from in progress to out for delivery. 2 hours later still “out for delivery.” 4 hours later still “out for delivery.” I called the store no answer. 6 hours later still “out for delivery.” I called the store, no answer. I submitted a ticket online, no answer. 8 hours later, etc. still showing as out for delivery but no answer at the store or online or email. There’s no way to contact the driver or to get a status update with an ETA. My friend was waiting patiently all day for this order on their birthday. He thought I didn’t even get him anything. How embarrassing!!! The following morning, I called the store again. Someone actually picked up the phone!!! I asked what happened to my order? They say oh your order was already canceled and refunded. Meanwhile, the status STILL says out for delivery. I questioned why they didn’t contact me to tell me or that the delivery was not going through. they said they didn’t know. If I never called or if they never picked up, everyone would think it’s still out for delivery as their site says!!! A disgrace of a business. I should have looked at other reviews first, as this is clearly a theme with this chain.

  I spent over $200 in items from this location for my Pregnant girlfriend’s birthday today and this is what I am given. After attempting to call the location numerous times and get in contact with since 8:30 this morning! I have no words just completely unsatisfied

  Awful customer service. Miserable excuse of an arrangement. Poorly made and rushed. Terrible experience. Would not recommend. Also, the fruit wasn't even fresh. Soggy strawberries. Awful experience. Very sad. The employee at the store told me after the delivery was made to the wrong address that it was my fault and they aren't liable. I don't normally bash businesses online but this one is much needed.

  I ordered an arrangement to get delivered to a school for my sister's birthday on Wednesday. I received an email saying that the arrangement was delivered, but she hasn't received it, she's asked the front office, and looked in fridges throughout the school. When she called back (the number we assumed was the delivery person) the machine stated that it was a GrubHub number and that the call could not go through. I have called the number on this Google maps listing every day since and haven't yet been able to speak with someone on the phone. Where is my order?

  Placed order night before and it was delivered to a door which no one could find. Called and got no resolution. Placed the order again and then only delivered half the order. Very disappointed
