  The manager of this location is so rude. She kept on screaming that it’s 97° and her delivery driver won’t deliver my order that I placed a week ago. Lacking business ethic, communication and management skill and she makes it clear she doesn’t care cause it’s 97° outside. I would never recommend this location for no birthday or event. Especially having to deal with the manager like that I don’t understand if people don’t like their job or don’t want to put a smile on pick another position… God bless her. She needs some type of peace and communication skills who hired her lmao ..?! spam calling me to let me know the temperature outside and that they won’t deliver, I have a full time job but again she don’t care cause it’s 97° like she said

  Why am I getting my delivery at 11pm on Mother’s Day. If you can’t get everyone’s order delivered by a reasonable time then do not have the option for delivery. Just offering a horrible service

  This location is a joke. I’ve been calling for six hours to find out about my order and nobody’s hands apparently work to answer the phone they just let it ring. I spent $200 on an order and I can’t speak to the store making it this is insane. I’ve been waiting almost three weeks for a manager to call me, still no call but thankfully those three weeks gave me time to file a class action lawsuit against this location

  The product and customer service at this establishment is spot on! The representative Renee in particular was super helpful in helping me with gift selection and pricing. She went above and beyond in addressing my questions. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the various fruit arrangements and other gifts to chose from. I would recommend this establishment. The arrangements are beautiful and delicious. Be sure to ask for Renee when you call. She is top notch!

  I ordered Dubai Chocolate Chip Cookie But they send me strawberry covered with the Chocolate I called them they said they are out of stock The funniest thing I was checking their website They're still showing they have Dubai chocolate chips cookie And they would deliver within one hour So Friend, my advice is If anyone going to order from them Please first call them check if they have in stock Then you can place the order But trust me, they are unprofessional
