  I had a surprise delivery set up for yesterday and the recipient was not home. The driver from your location Eddie called me to update me. He was so kind and pleasant. He went above and beyond to get my package to the person. I truly appreciate Eddies customer service skills. He is an asset to edible arrangement. Thank you Eddie!!

  Excellent service!!! I ordered from CA for my dad’s 75th birthday and it was very hot in NJ! I didn’t catch the woman’s name but she called to make sure someone would be home so the order did not sit in the sun! I was on the phone with my dad when the delivery driver arrived and he was so kind and amazing and wished my father happy birthday! I will absolutely be using and referring this location to my friends and family in South Jersey! Thank you all!!

  Came in to get my wife something nice for her birthday. Something better then flowers. Not busy so I was in and out within 20 minutes. The employee was nice and helpful, making sure I happy with my purchase. I definitely appreciate her help.

  One person made this delivery exceptional: Eddie! It was a very hot day and he called me when delivery instructions failed. He was kind, patient and so persistent he rearranged his route to ensure a successful delivery. In today’s climate of customer service, I am truly grateful for folks who genuinely want to do well and serve others. He didn’t need to know that it was a surprise for a friend who lost their father, to do the right thing. Thank you Eddie for your impact!

  I’m actually really disappointed. I made my order early a.m. with the option to deliver within the hour. Time went by, no delivery so, I ended up calling in which I spoke with Britney. I found out that they were unable to do the ‘within hour delivery’ because it was not an option on Father’s Day. No worries. She also expressed that they did not have the original flavored nuts that came with the order. No worries. I said do whatever you need to do as long as my Dad gets his gift. I live out of state so this was really important for me. I never had an issue before and felt that I could trust this store. My father was excited, even cancelled some plans to be sure he would receive it. I told him what I was told. They close at 4pm but, you will get it delivered and they will call you when they are on the way or there. The more I write, the more upset I become. I just got off the phone with him and to be funny, he said, “Whatever is coming for me must be so special that they have to deliver it tomorrow.” 🫩 *** UPDATE*** my Dad got his delivery later than expected. No more tears. What’s important is that he got it and is Happy! Happy Father’s Day! God Bless you all.
