  I felt so bad for the lady that was working this morning (Monday. 5/18) she was running her butt off between putting the clothes away from the weekend and letting people in the dressing room. Thank you for being a hard worker.

  This place was cruel to my cousin as she went there to buy heels for her prom and she saw one that she liked on the shelf whilst in the store but when she asked the store keepers to bring her the other pair so she can buy it for her special day they claimed they didnt have it in store so my cousin decided to leave and come back another day which is today 5/15/26 and the exact thing occur it’s so frustrating especially when she needs it tonight for her prom why the hell would they put items on display in their store if they're not actually available in stock? #BOYCOTT WINDSOR

  had a very bad experience today (05/15/26). The staff were rude for no reason. Earlier this week, I went there to buy sandals for my sister’s prom and grabbed the sample pair on the shelf, but when I asked for the actual pair, they couldn’t find it. I let it go. Then this afternoon, we went back to buy another pair of sandals, and the exact same thing happened again 😢. My main question is: why put items on display if they’re not actually available in stock?

  The sales people on the floor are so rude, I was shopping with my mother and one of the sales associates put her arm across my mothers face and rudely told her excuse me just to check a tag; I have never seen any sales associates move a costumer to check a tag especially in such a rude way. When her rudeness was addressed she decided to argue back and fourth. Disgusting shopping experience, save yourself the trouble don’t shop here.

  I had a really bad experience that I had the store, which is really unfortunate because I used to shop here very often. I was making a return from a weekend purchase that I made due to the fact that I didn’t have time to try everything on because it was super packed in the store on Sunday when I went in. The young lady who was actually doing my return was actually very sweet and kind to me, but she had noticed that something I brought back was not on the receipt and so I told her OK. Well, you know I did buy it when I came out on Sunday so she grabbed her manager and according to her, she just had to void the item. The manager who came over, her name was Siani or something similar. She was a dark skin lady and had kind of fluffy curly hair. After she came over and also realized it was not on my receipt. She asked me if I had a receipt or a different receipt and when I said no, she was kind of being short with me and Conor that snippy attitude and told me that she didn’t know what she wanted me to do because I didn’t purchase the item. Which I then said to her well, it was a good thing that I brought it back because I didn’t want it and it’s not my fault. It’s your peaceful for not ringing me out in the first place for the item. She got very nasty with me in the store is just absolutely ridiculous from being 100% honest once again I had to get wrong out at the front anyway so I spent over $300 on Sunday. Why would I want to steal something that is $30 be for real I don’t appreciate being accused of stealing anything and treated differently because of a mistake that wasn’t even my fault. Very displeased with Windsor now and will never be shopping here ever again.
