Few experiences bring out the excitement in children quite like a visit to the LEGO Store, and our family discovered exactly why during our recent trip to Store #837 at Cherry Hill Mall. Ethan and AJ welcomed us with genuine enthusiasm and outstanding customer service. They took the time to help us find the perfect LEGO Botanicals sets for my daughter and patiently assisted us as we searched for a larger Super Mario LEGO build for my son. Although we were not able to find the Super Mario set this visit, their kindness and willingness to help made all the difference. We were excited to bring home the Lily to add to our collection the Desert Plant and our absolute favorites, the beautiful Orchid. Watching my children light up with excitement as they explored the store reminded me just how much LEGO has evolved over the years. I remember when LEGO was simply a toy. Today, it has become an incredible creative experience that inspires imagination, problem solving, and family time together. Thank you, Ethan and AJ, for making our visit so memorable. Your professionalism, patience, and positive attitudes turned a shopping trip into a wonderful family memory. We’ll definitely be back for more LEGO adventures!
- NAN AJun 28, 20261.0Lego corp has lost the plot. I get that Lego sets have always been a bit expensive, but lately this seems predatory and out of touch. $1000 for a Death Star model, nearly $700 for a Pokémon diorama. Also, who asked for a Maersk container ship? Who is this for????

If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® Insiders member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO Insiders Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.
How do I redeem my LEGO® Insiders Points?
Once you’ve earned points, visit your Insiders account on LEGO.com where you can choose to redeem a voucher for either online or in-store shopping!
Do you price match other retailers?
We strive to offer fair and consistent pricing in our stores and online. We can’t price match, however, as Stores and the LEGO® Shop sometimes run different promotions and discounts. Happy shopping!
What do I do if my set is missing a piece or if I lost a piece?
You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.
How much does it cost to visit at LEGO store?
All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?
If you want to buy individual pieces to build something unique, check out our Pick-a-Brick wall! Each store has something different, and the bricks change all the time! We hope you’ll stop by soon to see what’s new!
The set I want is out of stock, when will you have more?
While we don’t have an exact date for when sets will be available again, you can search for a set at LEGO.com and sign up for in-stock notification emails to be one of the first to know!

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
