  I love shopping online from Nordstrom. Sometimes things don’t fit and you have to return them. Over 5 times now I have made returns and was treated very poorly. The staff always seem annoyed and sassy almost every time. The one lady even said my body was the problem when I said an item didn’t fit. I’m going to start shopping somewhere else.

  Ed O at the Chanel Beauty counter is seriously the best. I always make a point to stop by and see him whenever I’m at Nordstrom because he’s so knowledgeable and actually takes the time to explain products without making you feel rushed or overwhelmed. What I appreciate most is that he’s never trying to push a sale. I tell him what I’m looking for, he gives me honest recommendations, explains why he likes certain products, and that’s it. No pressure to buy five other things I didn’t come in for. Honestly, that’s exactly why I end up buying more from him cause I trust what he’s saying because it never feels like a pitch. I wish more beauty counters were like that. Sometimes I feel like I’m being sold to the second you walk up to some of the other beauty counters here but the Chanel counter has always been the complete opposite. Everyone at Chanel has been so kind and welcoming every time I’ve visited! Ed is such a great representation of Chanel and Nordstrom. If you’re looking for someone who’s genuinely helpful, ask for him—you won’t be disappointed.

  I walked through this store. They automatically tell by their ridiculous prices, for people who know no better, who needs to shop there. Their stuff is found at other stores, same quality, and much lower prices. Their prices are absolutely terrible. Like an upscale Ross or Marshall’s. That is crazy. Don’t have a desire To shop there when I have some of the stuff I walked past already in my closet and the price was not ridiculous. People are paying for the name. This store is for people whose value comes from where they shop and not in themselves. Ijs

  Frequent shopper here, but it’s becoming frustrating dealing with one salesperson at checkout in particular who acts more like a car salesman. I respect the commission mindset but highly unprofessional. Mid-checkout: after already interrupting me 3-4 times in the same visit- he’ll still take off running across the floor to chase down another customer he doesn’t want to lose. Strange approach to salesmanship, coming from a medical sales rep myself. I won’t name the rep, but it’s been enough of a poor experience that I won’t be returning to this location

  This review is for Nordstrom in general not specifically Cherry Hill. Purchased an expensive cologne online. Item was clearly stolen from the shipping company, who has absolutely awful reviews btw. The issue with Nordstrom is that when I called Nordstrom to make them aware that the shipping companies update to tracking said “under investigation”, they apologized and said they would refund. Well for some reason that refund was denied two days later. So when I called back they said sorry, they would resend refund to be reviewed. Two days later, and still no refund. Oh also, said cologne, is now sold out! So yea, awful experience with this company.
