  Weird return interaction. I had went in trying to get a replacement bottle for a defective cologne I had gotten as a gift but instead of replacing or reordering the bottle they told me to just press yes on the keypad and processed a return. Now the gifter knows I returned a gift and I just seem ungrateful. Exact words were “so the card that was charged was refunded aaaaaand yea”. Felt completely unprofessional.

  to kill hours I went to Nordstrom's. now maybe some people like to be waited on hand and foot like a slave but not me. I need to shop at my own pace. I constantly debate things after taking it off the rack and sometimes I'll see something that I like and want more so I'll put something back and constantly do math in my head to make sure I'm not over budget. so this was the men's department. I only had one t shirt at this point and was shopping for maybe 2 minutes and this male employee comes over and is like "hey can I start you a dressing room". I say politely no thank you I'll let you know if I do and fyi I do understand that they get some commissions so I even told him don't worry when I'm ready I'll come find you to get a room. so id say no more than 2 minutes pass and he comes back over. " just checking in" I said politely again oh no thank you I'm still shopping and I only have 2 shirts so far. now another 2 minutes pass like clockwork and here he comes again. I couldn't believe my eyes. but again I was patient and polite and said no thank you not yet and even made a joke like this is my work out for the day so I gotta burn them calories. so now I have quite a few things I'm holding but I'm totally fine and of course if I wanted I would have handed him the stuff but I wasn't ready too. now during this time I had 2 other employees ask to take my clothes from me also. and I said nicely no thank you I'm actually working with so and so and I pointed him out. so now I'm just looking over the tanks tops and boxers and here he comes again. " hey can I get you a size. now at this point I'm starting to lose patience but I still don't make it apparent that I'm annoyed. I just said sure I'm ready because honestly I couldn't take it anymore. im very introvert, and suffer from severe anxiety and I also have severe ADHD so I just want to be left alone to do my own thing and shop at my pace. I understand one time coming over and letting me know he's there to help and from there I would totally take him up on that offer if I needed it. so we get into the dressing room and he's hanging everything up very slow almost noticebly trying to memorize what is there and how many pieces and just laugh to myself and shrug it off. like what's this guy think I'm gonna run away with the clothes. this is Nordstrom's not Walmart. so he leaves and I'm finally like ah I can breathe so I sit for a second because he stressed me out and I was sweating. im not kidding 30 seconds later he's back and goes can I take from you what doesn't fit. at this point the attitude change and I said sir you just left me 30 seconds ago I didn't even have a chance to try anything on yet. and he gives me like a slow ohkaay, to me I took it as like he thinks I'm lying. so I says I feel like you're rushing me and I'm very uncomfortable I said I appreciate your help but I really just wanna go at my own pace and if I need anything I'll walk out to you and I even apologized for feeling like this. im like I'm sorry it's not you it's just how I am. so he tells me oh not at all I'm not rushing you. so I thought that was it but no. now I feel at this point what he does was purposely to make me uncomfortable. he stood outside the dressing room door as I'm trying on the clothes the entire time. everytime I put a shirt up over the top I can feel him grab it and he was doing it so fast that on one shirt our hands touched. so he's grabbing as I'm hanging over the door. at this point I wanna just leave and I'm sitting and I'm fake trying the clothes on and handing them over one by one and saying nope don't fit, too short, too tight. so I give him the last thing and I get dressed and I open the door and he's right there almost looking over my shoulder into the room and I said I gave you everything and he goes you did while raising his eye brows and looking around. I get them wanting to do their job but this wasn't that. this was him making it obvious that he thought I was stealing. I'll never go back.
