  I went to the store today 9/10/26 to have my son school emblem stitched on his jacket. As soon as I walked in the store the woman at the front greets me with "What can I do for you?". I ask to have the emblem placed and she asked what school. I share the school and she aggressively says " We don't have anything for them". I respond calmly with I know "the last time my son and his father were here they told us to bring the emblem from the school and they could put it on". Her response was quick and rude that they can but if the jacket was damaged they could not replace it. The issue is during this interaction she had another customer in front of her who she had shared the total with and when someone else walked up she started a conversation with them mid conversation with me. I think taking the time to talk to each customer individually would make the interactions much better. She did not even look at the emblem to see if it could be heat presssed. I will not be purchasing uniforms from this specific store going forward.

  Came into the store with 4 kids needing uniforms. Jeremiah took us on with a smile on his face the whole time. He handled my 4 children with grace and patience. I would give him 20 stars if I could. His co-workers kept offering help and he thanked them but said he had it and he sure did. I was so impress by his customer service skills and his ability to stay organized and how efficient he was. We had bought uniforms for all of our children in under 2 hours. As a mom, it can feel overwhelming having to get full uniforms for 4 children but having Jeremiah made the experience so easy and enjoyable. Thank you Jeremiah!!! You deserve all the stars!!!

  I would like to take a moment to give a very special THANK YOU to Jeremiah at Flynn O’Hara Uniforms in Cherry Hill. From the very first time I came into the store to get my children’s school uniforms, Jeremiah went above and beyond to help me. I came into the store three different times, and every single time, he was patient, kind, respectful, and willing to assist me. Shopping for multiple children can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to make sure you have everything they need for a new school year. Jeremiah made the entire experience so much easier for me. He never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. He took the time to help me find the right sizes, answer my questions, and make sure I had what I needed. Customer service like this is truly hard to find. Jeremiah didn’t just do his job—he genuinely cared about helping me and my children. His kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression on me. I truly appreciate Jeremiah, and I hope his manager and the Flynn O’Hara team know what a wonderful employee they have. He deserves to be recognized for the way he treats customers and the effort he puts into making sure people leave the store happy. Jeremiah, thank you so much for helping me—not once, not twice, but THREE different times! You were truly the best, and I appreciate you more than you know. ❤️ Thank you again for making my children’s back-to-school shopping experience a positive and memorable one!
