- ETEvan TangJul 17, 20265.0I stopped by Express today, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Joseph. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. I came in with a dress shirt that had shrunk after just one wash, and at first Joseph wasn’t sure if there was anything he could do. Even so, he took the time to look into it because he truly wanted to help. In the end, he was able to exchange my shirt for a brand-new one. His outstanding customer service, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile completely made my day. Employees like Joseph are the reason customers keep coming back. Express is lucky to have him—give this man a raise!
