The star off is, unfortunately, for the joyless atmosphere - the employees are not friendly, do not greet you, and give off a miserable feeling. This is not really what you want or need when picking out shoes, which, for many women, is kind of a pick me up. Things could be greatly improved there - for both the staff itself as well as customers - by the installation of an upbeat staff. Update - they have fortunately hired a lady recently with friendly and great customer service skills. I hope she stays! Update - friendly lady gone - customer service is abysmal again.
