I was looking for an honest, fair place and decided not to shop around—just hoping to find someone trustworthy. I’m glad I did. I really hit the jackpot with Eddie. He was professional from start to finish and treated me with respect—never talked down to me and clearly explained everything he was checking as he evaluated my items. That transparency made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. In the end, I was offered what I felt was a very fair price. The whole experience was smooth, straightforward, and honest. What really stood out, though, was what happened afterward: Eddie actually contacted me after I left to let me know he had made a mistake on my invoice and forgot to give me credit for some of the items. I went back to the store to get it corrected. Honestly, I probably wouldn’t have even noticed the error myself, but the fact that he caught it and made it right says a lot about his integrity. I’d definitely recommend Cherry Hill Treasure Exchange if you’re looking for a trustworthy place to sell gold or valuables.
