  Bad experience. We came to this location as a family and purchased a shirt. After paying, we were still considering buying more items while continuing to shop. However, while we were browsing, I overheard one of the employees—whether she was a manager or not—say, “I’d rather they not touch anything else because we just folded it.” As a clothing store, how do you expect customers to purchase items without touching them or checking the material and quality first? We had already spent over $100 on a shirt and were interested in buying more. The cashier was very friendly and provided great service, but the comment from that employee was disappointing and made us feel unwelcome. Customer service is an important part of retail, and employees should treat customers with respect rather than making them feel like an inconvenience. Please do better!

  I had an amazing experience at this location! I originally came in just looking for a new cologne, but Nikki, the manager, went above and beyond to help me. Not only did she help me find exactly what I was looking for, but she also showed me the new World Cup merchandise, which led to me picking up a new hat and even a water bottle. Nikki's customer service was second to none. She was knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. It's rare to find a manager who is so hands-on and invested in both her business and her customers. If you're looking for a store with outstanding service and a team that truly cares, I highly recommend this location. I'll definitely be back!

  I hadn’t shopped at Hugo Boss in a few years, but after stopping by this location, I had an excellent experience. Vincent was amazing, attentive, detail-oriented, and incredibly professional. He gave great suggestions, really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and helped me put together a wardrobe for the next chapter of my professional career. He was kind, friendly, and made the entire experience feel personal and effortless. I’m genuinely looking forward to working with Vincent again as my go-to concierge whenever I shop at Hugo Boss. The quality of the shirts and pants were exceptional and worth the price. I also wanted to give a shoutout to the manager working that day as well. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she was very kind, professional, and clearly made sure everything was running smoothly. The entire staff was outstanding, and the level of service truly stood out.
