I've been to this location multiple times and never had issues like some of the other reviewers. I wish I could remember the names of everyone who helped me, because it's at least 6 employees doing a great job. Today I went for the ALO-versary sale and Chanel was so lovely! She brought items to the fitting room and helped me narrow down my haul. There was a long line for checkout so another associate helped me do a credit card sale in the men's section so I wouldn't have to wait. Also, this location has a wider selection than in Philly.

I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about my recent experience at your Cherry Hill location.
The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. In particular, Lil stood out for his professionalism, patience, and knowledge. He took the time to understand what my young sons might be interested in and made thoughtful recommendations that were very helpful. He was also extremely patient and understanding while assisting our friend, who was having some trouble with her purchase, and stayed with her until everything was fully resolved.
Sophia and another team member, who I believe may have been a manager, were also very welcoming and pleasant, contributing to an overall great experience.
It’s clear that your team truly values customer service, and it made a meaningful difference during our visit. Thank you for creating such a positive and supportive environment.

Today, April 28, 2026, I was greeted at the entrance of the store by an employee named Mason. He was incredibly kind and attentive to both my daughter and me. Walking into a store and having someone personally help you select clothing deserves a 10/10 experience.
I originally went in looking for just one item, and I ended up buying eight, totaling $912—and honestly, I don’t regret it at all. Mason’s positive attitude clearly contributes to increasing the company’s sales, and he’s a perfect example of what excellent customer service looks like.
I truly hope the company gives Mason the opportunity to grow professionally at the right time, because employees like him are worth keeping and investing in. They should be retained by giving them opportunities to advance.
I also want to mention the manager on duty—I don’t remember her name, but she had such a positive attitude that it made the whole environment feel special. She was attentive not only to customers but also to her team.
I love visiting stores that make customers feel happy. I will definitely be back! :-) Thank you!

I went today to get my grandson a swear suit for his birthday and was greeted by Matt! He was excellent in his customer service and product knowledge. I ended up buying socks and the slides in addition to the sweat suit because of how great Matt was.
