    I would like to address my experience with the employee working at the Caldwell location on Wednesday, 6/24. I called shortly after 2:00 PM to inquire about the status of my order, which had been placed the previous evening. At that time, there had been no update indicating that the order was being prepared or was out for delivery. I wanted to ensure the recipient/family would be home. So I was trying to get an est. time frame for the delivery. During the call, the employee informed me that the store was busy and had 28 orders to fulfill and that all deliveries would be completed by 5:30 PM, as the store closes at 6:00 PM. While I understand that businesses can experience high order volumes, I felt that my concerns regarding my specific order were not addressed. The employee seemed overwhelmed by the workload, so I thanked her for her time and ended the call. At approximately 4:30 PM, the same employee contacted me and advised that the recipient was not answering their phone. I asked whether the delivery was already in progress, and she informed me that it was not. She explained that orders cannot leave the store until the recipient confirms they are home, and that due to the chocolate-covered items and warm weather, the arrangement could not be left outside. This was news to me because in all the years I have ordered from various edible arrangement locations, I never heard that an order cannot leave the shop for delivery until the recepient answers the phone and confirms they are home! However, I completely understood and agreed with that reasoning. I told her I would contact the recipient or another family member to ensure someone was available to accept the delivery. However, I was then told that the arrangement could simply be delivered the following morning. Given that this was intended as a time-sensitive gift, I expressed that I would prefer the order be delivered that day and assured her that I would confirm someone was available. After speaking with the family, I called back and confirmed that multiple family members were home but they were outside. The employee then stated that they “had to be home” and could not be outside. I sensed this as a misunderstanding and then clarified that they were, in fact, home on the property but were sitting outside in the backyard. Throughout these interactions, the employee sounded frustrated and overwhelmed. While I can appreciate that managing a high volume of orders can be stressful, the customer service experience was disappointing. More importantly, the final product delivered did not match the arrangement that I purchased. While some fruit items may vary, this was not the case. The recipient received a different arrangement and it was valued approximately $30 less than the one ordered, and the three chocolate-dipped pineapple lollipops I purchased for an additional $14.99 were not included. Ultimately, the issues with both the customer service experience and the order itself left me extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. Unfortunately, Edible Arrangements does not allow customers to choose which store location will fulfill their order. Instead, orders are automatically assigned based on the recipient’s address. Sadly, because of this experience, I will no longer place future orders that are serviced and delivered by this location. While I have been a repeat customer in the past, the poor customer service, incorrect arrangement, and missing items have left me extremely disappointed. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere for any future deliveries within this area’s service range. The pictures below are references. I placed an order for the “Large” Rainbows & Butterflies arrangement but was given the single size Sunflower arrangement instead. Also missing the 3 lollipops.

    I ordered a surprise from Edible Arrangements through Uber Eats while was in another country - so I didn't have the opportunity to check the order before gifting. It was packed perfectly and addressee said the cake was yummy:) Thank you guys! P.S. The website is smth to work on. And it would be great to add information about the weight of the cake on the website. Otherwise, everything was fine.
