She went above and beyond with each providing personalized recommendations and explaining each product. She even fixed the broken sunglasses I brought in. A delight to work with!

We got the glasses at another store and we were not aware of this scam and were not vigilant if they gave us a tag and wipe cloth inside the lens cover. We didn't use it at all and tried to return it at this store. Not only was the associate rude but denied our return saying it didn't have the wipe cloth and one of them didn't have a booklet inside that comes along. We were just trying to return it however it came to us. What a stupid excuse to deny the return. Giving this store 1 star as the store associate was unhelpful and rude. Stop scamming people by giving a 30 day return window when you are just going to give stupid reasons to deny a return.
