  During a Thursday holiday weekend rush, Natalie was the only employee working. She took the time to help every customer and check in on those waiting. She went above and beyond with each providing personalized recommendations and explaining each product. She even fixed the broken sunglasses I brought in. A delight to work with!

  Just purchased a pair of sunglasses last night with the help of Mathew at the Bridgewater Commons location. Amazing service by Mathew. He was such a great help and so knowledgeable of everything in the store. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

  Not a good experience . While purchasing Ray-Ban sunglasses(prescription) for 300$, they lead me to believe I was purchasing it with authentic ray ban prescription lenses. But finally when I went to collect my sunglasses , they mentioned that I was getting it with the ordinary lenses and that I would have to pay additional 70$ to get a lens with the Ray-Ban logo. It’s a complete ripoff !
