- SPSarang PatilMay 2, 20265.0Good service at the store with good collections in professional wear. Justin was great help!!
- DTDavid TorresApr 28, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at this Express location in Bridgewater Commons. I went in for a return, and the associate was extremely rude and unhelpful. First, she made a big deal about a "do not remove" tag. After we called customer service to resolve the issue, she changed her story and rudely claimed the clothes "smelled like perfume" just to avoid processing the return. It is very unprofessional to make personal comments and jump from one excuse to another to avoid doing your job. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer. I won’t be returning to this location; save yourself the trouble and go to a different store where the staff is actually professional.
- SLSisi LApr 1, 20211.0There’s a reason this store is just as dead as the Bridgewater Commons mall itself. Last time I went, a worker wasn’t wearing their mask properly. Not the best customer service, stingy customers and workers, and the fashion is interesting. Would recommend American Eagle for better affordable jeans in the mall. I would even spend more money at Lucky Brand to get at least better quality jeans.
