  All employees are nice and welcoming. Victoria (the employee on duty) helped me pick out clothes for my girlfriend she was very patient and her recommendations were great.

  Although I love some of the people in this store (Jack, Victoria, bri, faith:) , and I don’t want two employees attitudes to ruin the entire brand for me, I cannot get over the negative experience. Some people here are a ray of sunshine and some should not work in customer service.( Two particular employees I won’t name).For super expensive items that you have to hand wash and air dry or they will tear, I would expect better attitudes and customer service ! It will drive loyal customers away.

  I absolutely love shopping at the Bridgewater Alo, and Tyler is the biggest reason why. She is genuinely the sweetest person and always goes above and beyond every single time I come in. Even though the Short Hills location is much closer to me, I choose to make the drive to Bridgewater because Tyler is there. She has helped me put together multiple outfits, find exactly what I need, and always makes the shopping experience so easy and enjoyable. She's incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and always greets everyone with such kindness. No matter what I'm looking for, I know I can count on her to help. Tyler is honestly the reason I keep coming back to this location. She consistently provides the best customer service and makes every visit feel personal. Bridgewater is lucky to have her, and she truly deserves recognition for how amazing she is!

  Had low expectations because of the negative reviews. I usually shop online, but needed something for my upcoming trip next Monday, so I stopped by the store this morning. I was greeted with such a warm and energetic welcome from the lady at the door — it honestly brightened my morning. Sherrie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) at the fitting room was amazing as well, taking care of everyone and spreading so much positive energy. Feeling lucky to have this store in the neighborhood! Thank you alo team!

  Today I went to buy some sneakers for work. When I entered, there was a young woman at the entrance who wasn't kind enough to greet me. Other people were behind me, and she did greet them. Maybe because I looked very Hispanic, she didn't say hello to me. Then a guy named Jake came in (I hope that's how it's spelled). He was very kind and spoke to me in English, although he asked if I spoke Spanish and if I was comfortable with him speaking to me in Spanish, which I said yes to! He was very kind and made me feel welcome. I congratulate you for having employees like Jake. Again, when I was about to leave the store, I saw the blonde woman who hadn't greeted me, giving me a dirty look from somewhere in the store. I bought some sneakers; I hope they're worth it! Thanks again to Jake.
