  Underwhelming. Prices were high and selection was kind of plain. Clothes were randomly ordered sometimes by size, category or brands making it time consuming to find what you want. Post COVID, Nordstrom Rack stores (in general) are not what they used to be - good variety products at good prices.

  Love Rack, but why is the line at this store ALWAYS so long?? It’s been an issue for years. You literally walk in and commiserate with fellow shoppers as to why the line is always long.

  To have the online pick up line be the same as the in-store checkout is senseless. I might as well purchase in store if I still have to stand on a long line after shopping online. Make it make sense.
