  Terrible men’s selection. I was very disappointed and there is a long line at the checkout every time i come here.

  Every time I go (don’t matter time of day, weekend or weekday) always a long line to checkout or make a return. I’ve found good deals there but you really need to dig through the racks, but the checkout line is just painful so a few times I just put it back in the rack and leave.

  Horrible service. Placed an order which should have been ready for pickup days ago and still nothing. Called customer service, called the store numerous times. No one was able to help but my card sure enough was charged immediately after the order was placed. Customer service says the item was delivered a week ago, the store says they haven’t received it. Chaotic, unprofessional, unhelpful, unorganized and overall pathetic. This is the last time I shop here, not worth the hassle. 0 stars, they don’t even deserve the 1. I am highly confused by the recent higher reviews, definitely wondering if they are from employees themselves? Better to stick to Bloomingdale's, Neiman...? Even Macy's.. they would NEVER.
