He went above and beyond most people would have gave up after a couple spots but he searched many areas and found the one size and color I wanted. Store it as clean and staff obviously were awesome.
- BFBoris FishmanJul 31, 20265.0Stopped in here today to get backpacks for the kids, and I was so impressed by the store (clean, bright, perfectly organized product, you can just see the high standards being maintained across the categories) and also by the incredible friendliness of the employees (Austin in particular, and the lovely woman at the register, whose name I didn't catch but I believe began with a V). It's also so valuable that in this age of fast, cheap, casual everything, LL Bean makes excellent things, and while they're not inexpensive, they're not overpriced, and worth it. I'll be back.
