It makes the shopping experience here very uncomfortable! How sad … really need to clean up the staff they hired and start again with new people with knowledge of L.L. Bean products, as well as being kind and considerate to customers. We really needed an L.L. Bean in the area, but I’m choosing to go to Freehold LL BEAN over this store. Losing customers isn’t good for your business. Do better Bound Brook! Lousy customer service!!
