Meanwhile, I have been a Ralph Lauren member for many years. When I go to the Woodburn outlet store in Oregon, they always help me order at the counter. This was a truly terrible experience.

Had to drive an hour round trip to get refund in store. No reimbursement. Buyer beware. Store reported. Not everybody catches these scams. I feel bad for those who were taken advantage of by this store. Please, if you shop here, double check your receipts before leaving.

Seems like staff was very selective on whom they chose to help , walked around and not one person asked if I needed help. Then at the register it was just as bad as the reps on the sales floor. For that reason I decided not to purchase anything, I am selective where I spend my money base on service and customer service. New York stores are hands down the best service and they need to train their workers on such ! Will I return there …just to browse but not to purchase . I’ll take my business where it’s appreciated ! Thanks Naeem for being the only one to help .
