  The employees were very helpful and mindful of us getting the discounts advertised in the store. This location often has a good selection with a variety of items ranging from casual to formal. There is also a nice-sized clearance section. Shout out to Mama T! She was super nice and made our recent visit and amazing experience!

  The ladies at LB were absolutely amazing. They were extremely helpful in finding stylish clothing and getting us discounts. Wonderfully pleasant too.

  I had a wonderful experience with Jazzmine and really wanted to recognize her for the incredible customer service she provided during my bra fitting yesterday. Trying on bras is no one's favorite activity, but from the moment we started, Jazz was patient, encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I was feeling a little discouraged about how some of the bras were fitting and how I was feeling in my body overall, but she created such an empowering and comfortable experience. She took her time with me, checked in often about how I wanted things to fit and feel, and made sure I never felt rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how thorough and thoughtful she was. She explained sizing and fit so clearly, and she even had me try on a strapless dress with the bra I was considering so I could see how the final look would actually work for what I needed. That level of care and attention meant a lot. Jazz truly went above and beyond, and Lane Bryant is lucky to have her!
