  Broderick's handled my wedding florals and they were amazing to work with. John is honest, fair, collaborative, and knowledgeable, in not only florals, but with the venues. It was a great experience, I couldn't recommend working with them more!

  My wife and I had an incredible experience with Broderick's Flowers for our wedding. John and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They took the time to understand my wife's vision, made fantastic recommendations, and created beautiful floral arrangements that exceeded our expectations. Throughout the entire process, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Their professionalism and attention to detail made everything stress-free, and the flowers looked stunning on our wedding day. We received so many compliments from our guests! If you're looking for a florist for your wedding or any special occasion, I can't recommend Broderick's Flowers enough. Thank you to John and the entire team for helping make our day so memorable!

  After discovering Broderick’s Flower Shop through positive Google reviews, I decided to purchase a $50 range of sympathy bouquet. While the staff member behind the counter was friendly, I was ultimately disappointed with the arrangement I received. The bouquet consisted primarily of cheap filler flowers, such as daisies, and lacked the vibrancy and quality I expected for the price. When the florist showed me the selection from behind the counter, the flowers looked appealing from a distance. However, upon closer inspection after paying $58 and leaving the shop, I realized the arrangement felt underwhelming—comparable to what one might find at a supermarket like Shoprite. The roses included were only marginally larger than spray roses, further adding to my disappointment. As someone unfamiliar with the neighborhood and the shop, I now wish I had done more thorough research beforehand. Although I understand that prices have risen and $55–$60 may not stretch as far as it once did, I know that my local florist provides elegant, statement arrangements within this price range. Based on that experience, I felt it reasonable to expect something equally impressive from Broderick’s. Unfortunately, the bouquet lacked the flair and quality I had hoped for. Just for comparison, in the first picture is my flower arrangement made by Broderick's, the 2nd picture is a recent bouquet filled with garden roses, peonies, and hydrangeas from my local florist in Edgewater, NJ. You can easily see the difference in quality. I realize that current inflation poses significant challenges for small businesses, however, this should not result in customers feeling shortchanged. Perhaps the shop excels with large-scale events such as weddings, where their arrangements might truly shine. However, when it comes to smaller bouquets or more modest orders, I would recommend going elsewhere.

  I cannot thank Broderick’s enough for what they created for my grandma’s funeral :( I came in emotional, had NO IDEA where to even start, and only knew two things… I wanted bright flowers and sparkles because that was her. Somehow they took that and created the most beautiful arrangement that felt so personal and so full of life. Everything was beyond what I could have imagined, and seeing it all together brought so much comfort to my family during such a difficult week. Everyone commented on how beautiful the flowers were for her, and they were exactly what she would have wanted. Thank you to John, and everyone at Broderick’s for putting so much love and care into honoring someone so special to us. We will never forget it!
