- ECEugene CribbinAug 20, 20261.0I have never left a negative comment about a business, but today my experience at Kitty Hawk Kites was so negative that l feel like I need to. To the "manager" who felt the need to intervene in parenting my child and make them cry as I was cleaning up after them, no thank you. To make a 2 and 1/2 year old child cry says a lot about a person and their "professionalism" especially as I was cleaning up and explaining why they shouldn't touch products at a store. Sorry I couldn't be helicoptoring them. Kids should be kids, right? And sorry you have difficulty managing your stress. Your professionalism speaks volumes, even as you had to go back and forth with me about my parenting while ringing up another costumer. Check the cameras and you'll see me parenting and watching my children unlike others at your store tonight. I don't think I'll be back.
