- ABAllen BJul 29, 20262.0Tuesday 7/28/26 (which was my birthday) around 6pm, the bald, tatted security guard thought it wasn’t good idea to surveil the entire store, but that it was best to just follow me. I wonder why? I frequent the Ralph Lauren mansion in NYC and have never been followed so to be heavily watched in an OUTLET by someone who makes in a week what I make in day was insulting.

- TATheakos AndersonJul 4, 20261.0I’ve been shopping at this Ralph Lauren Polo location for almost 20 years, I visited the store on July 2 2026 at about 10:30 am and I have never felt so uncomfortable or insulted by an experience in this store. I entered the store and I was greeted by the a security guard, the sales associate on duty were very friendly but I noticed the security guard came into the men’s section where I was shopping and stood by the door, leaving the other shoppers in the store and focusing on me. I used to be a retail manager and I know excellent customer service not only helps sales metrics but also deters theft but this was just out right blatant surveillance and I didn’t appreciate at all. I spent a great deal of money in this store over the years and I love the product but I don’t think I’ll be back after this experience.
