  Vraiment un beau magasin. Rendu a la sortie de stationnement jai donné mon ticket de stationnement et on étaient resté 45min. Il m'a demandé 10$ !! Je lui ai dit que nous étions resté moins d'une heure et que c'était supposé être gratuit. Heureusement que nous avions acheté des choses, sinon j'aurais dut payer le 10$

  We had a terrible experience in the ATV display area at this location. While looking at a $10,000 ATV, my respectful 6-year-old climbed onto the seat so I could take a quick picture. An employee approached us with immediate hostility, asking passive-aggressive hypothetical questions about why parents let kids climb on things, asking if I had a mechanical engineering degree to prove a child wouldn't cause "mechanical failure," and comparing a showroom display model to jumping on his personal van. ​We were genuine buyers looking at a major purchase, but the employee’s condescending and bizarre attitude completely ruined the experience. Bass Pro markets itself as a family-friendly retailer, but this behavior was completely out of line. We walked away and will be taking our business elsewhere.

  This store was huge and so clean and organized. Staff was friendly and treated us immediately when we walked in. We didn't but anything but had a fun time walking around looking at everything. The only downside is you have to pay to park at this location $10 for 4 hours in their parking lot or park on the street at about $2.75 an hour. Kind of a let down but it's ac and I think they expect you to walk around to outlets and such across the street.

  So today around 7pm I decided to go with my family member to bass pro shop to purchase some boots , the first employee we encountered we asked for help I didn’t catch his name but he was very polite and very helpful ! Then came check out , not sure if this person place is racist towards Hispanics but the old lady who was at the check out at first she was nice and nice polite but when my brother was trying to tap and pay she got upset and told him “ no stop stop stop it doesn’t work it doesn’t work stop , not every place is up to date and that advanced with technology we don’t tap to pay you have to insert your card “ then when he does just that and said sorry she kept going ! She said “ I know you’re in a hurry to wear your boots but calm down have patience your job will be there tomorrow I’m sure it is I work hard too you’re not the only one “ not sure what triggered her to say ALL THAT but she’s very lucky I didn’t disrespect her because why work at a store and give customers additude and be rude ? If tap to pay doesn’t work why not replace or fix the system? Why did she have to be so rude ? If it wasn’t for my brother giving me a look which was don’t say anything back . If it wasn’t for that oh for sure ! I would’ve told her off !!!!!! I feel like maybe she was being rude because we are Hispanics and not white I truly think that but she needs to be spoken with and if she doesn’t like her job and if it’s hard for her to correct customers in a polite way then she should be FIRED I also want corporates number as well and will be calling and following up because that. Was such a horrible encounter we never asked her if she worked hard or not but to throw that in and be extra and tell us that his job will be there tomorrow ? What was the point of that ? And she kept going ? Like if she hates her job fire her ! She was an old lady with like grey hair glasses I didn’t respond to her because most likely I would’ve made her cry !

  I recently bought a trolling motor at this location. Within a month the motor broke so I asked customer service online in I could return the motor at the store. They said I could as long as it was purchased within 60 days. I called the AC location and they told me if it touched water they would not take the return. I went back to my customer service chat and asked who was telling the truth. Customer service confirmed they would take the return even if it has been used. That’s there policy on trolling motors. I asked him to call the Atlantic City location and tell them that I could indeed return the motor. He did call the branch while I was on hold and the manager still refused to take my return. Instead I was emailed a shipping label and told I need to ship it to get my return.
