- MLmila leroyApr 14, 20262.0The last two times I have come into this lululemon I’ve experienced such sour attitudes from the employees. One tall male specifically. The first time it seemed as everyone was feeling from my s/o when he cane in without me. Nobody greeted him, nobody asked if he needed help. Basically just walking to the complete opposite side of the store. Not sure if it was due to the color of his skin but it didn’t sit right with me or him. I came in again today and the tall guy wouldn’t stop staring me and and my sister after he came to her dressing room trying to take items out when she was in the middle of trying clothes on . We could’ve put them back. Overall just an unwelcoming environment. You’re selling clothes, lighten up. Smile. We all have bad days but we were nothing but friendly..

- CSCJ SJan 28, 20262.0I purchased an ivory crossbody bag for 78 dollars in the store. The material appears wipe able but stained from light makeup on the 2nd day. I tried multiple cleaning methods with no success. When I contacted Lulu Lemon they said it was my fault and offered no solution. Just warning people not ti buy any light colors. I did contact corporate and not this store. The website blocks you from leaving reviews when you buy in store.

But once I got to the checkout and lady took my exchange, she didn’t think I bought the leggings even though I had the receipt. Worst costumer service I have seen in lululemon.

I brought in a pair of damaged leggings with no receipt and she was still very accommodating! Great customer service:) Thanks for turning my bad day into a great one!
