  My boyfriend and I chose a bracelet together a few months ago at gorjana. The staff was super friendly and helpful and I truly can’t say anything bad about them! Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of careful care towards my new bracelet, one of the stones has turned black. I have tried various cleaning solutions and was very careful not to wear the bracelet in the shower or when cleaning. The bracelet was about $250, and I was so disappointed. I still wear it everyday, though I usually try to spin the bracelet so no one can see the blackened stone. The first photo is how most of it looks, and how it looked when I bought it, and the second photo shows the blackened stone. Again, I have nothing against the employees or the storefront! It looks lovely and they were wonderful, however, for the price I am shocked that this happened, especially after such a short time. If you do shop here, I would recommended their cheaper pieces as the quality doesn’t appear to hold up.

  Went in quickly during my lunch break and walk out with the most beautiful ring (Diamond Pavé Signet Ring). The staff were friendly and helpful for sizing/explaining fine jewelry care.

  We went on a weekday when it wasn’t very crowded. The staff member who assisted us was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Great experience!
