- EKEric KristSep 2, 20261.0Terrible service!! Walked in and after looking around for a minute I figured I’d ask the two young ladies where to find the men’s dress shoes. Well I seems to have interrupted there cell phone time. After a couple of seconds of weirdness she walked me to the area and said here there are and then walked away. Yup I’m not buying anything at this place.

Obviously Seriously if you have been to a DSW before you know what to expect, and if you haven't you should. Big clean store, a million styles, Always check the discount section for hidden treasures. You can't go wrong.

Kathy at this Salem location spent over 15 mins with me zero'd in on making sure we figured out if he was in adults in Nike (which run small) or kids in every other brand. On top of this, he prefers slip on/no lace up shoes. We walked back and forth between departments, looked at the different laces you could buy separately, she checked in the back room, and eventually she tracked down the perfect sneaker for him. If it weren't for her, I would have absolutely walked out disappointed and without shoes. Kathy was a gem. Thank you
