Obviously Seriously if you have been to a DSW before you know what to expect, and if you haven't you should. Big clean store, a million styles, Always check the discount section for hidden treasures. You can't go wrong.

I told them I purchased shoes at the store I needed to return cause they were defective and they kept arguing with me saying they don’t have a barcode on my dsw account like that for the store. Like telling me I purchased online and didn’t. Completely unacceptable!

Kathy at this Salem location spent over 15 mins with me zero'd in on making sure we figured out if he was in adults in Nike (which run small) or kids in every other brand. On top of this, he prefers slip on/no lace up shoes. We walked back and forth between departments, looked at the different laces you could buy separately, she checked in the back room, and eventually she tracked down the perfect sneaker for him. If it weren't for her, I would have absolutely walked out disappointed and without shoes. Kathy was a gem. Thank you
