- TCTeresa De la CruzApr 18, 20261.0I want to express my disappointment with this American Eagle store. The experience was not good. There is a serious lack of size variety, especially for customers who do not wear smaller sizes. Most of the clothing available seems focused only on smaller numbers, which excludes many people. The store also looks neglected and there is very little variety overall. The straight leg jeans only come in two colors. If you find your size, the color you want is not available, or if you find the color, your size is not available. It is a total mess. They should also improve the fitting room doors. There should be a clear way to know when someone is inside without having to knock and disturb the person changing. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and that they improve their size inclusivity, store organization, and overall shopping experience.

The associate asked the larger set female manager with curly hair if we had issues and the manager looked at me and said “ we take everything except EBT “. Rude and disgusting behavior, not the first issue I have had with this manager.
