  Springer's Jewelers is a high end jeweler located in Portsmouth NH and is an excellent and honest establishment. I have purchased several beautiful pieces here from their beautiful inventory. Additionally, I have had jewelry and watches repaired and refurbished here. The entire team at Springer's are professional and highly skilled. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Sarah, who is my "go to" jeweler and consultant at Springer's and has provided excellent guidance. Rob is one of the jewelry craftsman on the premises and has expertly restored and reset items of mine. And Mickayla is reception at Springer's and makes you feel so welcomed upon entering to when you leave. They are passionate about what they do and it is reflected in the exemplary way you are treated from the time you enter the store from selecting an item or having a repair done. This a lovely, well run establishment with a warm community feel. Thank you Springer's team!

  Met with Beth for a Rolex consultation and it was a fantastic experience. As a first time customer, it can definitely be intimidating, but Beth was warm and welcoming, and very knowledgable on the pieces and process.

  Great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive staff. Came for a servicing on one vintage nice watch and a bracelet to strap change on another. Some shops that sell fine watches are uptight about older watches. This one was appreciative and I appreciated that. Ari was very helpful.

  Decadent ambiance, excellent customer service. They carry interesting designer lines as well as some wonderfully curated estate pieces. Absolutely LOVE their Springer Legacy Diamond initiative re: sustainability and history. Definitely going to encourage my future fiancé to work with them for a custom bespoke engagement ring. Beth is lovely and incredibly detail-oriented. Liam took some extra time to listen to my mom’s life stories while getting us sorted with ring sizing and appraisal. We also had so much fun window shopping with Nikki (sp?)! Everyone was professional, approachable, knowledgeable, and kind.
