  LL Bean outlet store in North Hampton, NH is well stocked, neat with friendly staff members. I hit a 30 per cent off sale on outer wear. I did not leave empty-handed.

  Terrible customer service not like the good old days somehow they couldn’t find my girlfriend’s receipt. The item was brand new in the package still had the price tag on it and they shorted her $60 on the product once she called the store. The person on the phone was very dismissive basically had I don’t care of an attitude. She’s a lifelong customer there for 60 bucks. She lost a customer hope it was worth it.
