It’s no secret that since doing away with the unconditional guarantee that LL Bean’s quality has taken a nosedive- but a $150 set of sheets should absolutely last longer than a year and ONE week before wearing through. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

Gloria was phenomenal! She was so polite and patient in helping my mother and I find the right boots for weather we are not used to. We just moved here from California. She even personally called to place our orders individually when our sizes couldn’t be found in store. Amazing employee. And will be back to personally work with her for our winter gear this upcoming season. Thank you!

Great finds, especially returns by customers of LLBean stores or online purchases.
