Especially Wendi and Coral, they were extremely helpful in the two times I went to their store. Coral took the time to answer all my questions about the glasses I wanted to purchase and was very welcoming ever since I walked in. The next day I came in and had the pleasure to work with the store manager Wendi who was extremely knowledgeable of all the glasses, designs, and different lens styles. The whole time I was in the store I felt welcomed and I walked out very happy with my purchases. I’ve had horrible experiences at other stores and Wendi took the time to listen and correct their mistakes and exchange the glasses I got from a different store. She is the reason I’m going to continue shopping for my sunglasses at sunglass hut. She’s honestly a great asset to the brand! Will definitely be going back to her store again!

I walked in to a sunglasses store in New Hampshire in North Conway, and they were extremely nice very helpful and I worked out there. Extremely satisfied there were a store manager. Her name was Wendy and a worker Cora the two of them are the best and again I’m very pleased and I will recommend the service in this area in this store.

Didn’t ask if I needed help one time. As I was about to pick a pair and pay the sales associate said to the other couple shopping in the store “she was so rude.” She was talking about me! She thought I’d left. I said I’m right here! It was so awful. I left empty handed and extremely disappointed. I am a mom and barely have 5 minutes to myself in a store. I was excited to buy a new pair of sunglasses but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
