I bought my children nice jackets that we have had less than 4 months and took them back in there as there are 4-5 spots that have holes feathers just continuously are pulling out of and was basically told well kids can be harder on things when I have my own jacket from 3 years ago that isnt doing that and they have jackets from last year they wear that don't do that. They just said oh its normal. When none of our other jackets have a bunch if small holes and constantly have feathers coming out.
