  I am honestly disgusted by my experience. I consider this to be a high-end, fashionable store, so I was shocked by what I encountered. I had to ask a sales associate for help, and the poor hygiene was impossible to ignore. The body odor was so strong that customers could smell it, and the employee’s clothing looked dirty, as if it had not been washed in a long time. This is such a beautiful store with a beautiful setup and beautiful dresses. You would expect to walk into a place that smells just as nice as it looks, but instead, it felt like walking into a completely unpleasant environment. Trust me when I say this isn’t the first time I’ve shopped here and experienced the exact same problem. I even brought my concerns to someone I believed was a member of management, but based on the fact that the issue continues, it appears nothing was addressed. Every time I come in, it is the same associate with the same concerns regarding strong body odor and an unprofessional appearance. The issue continues, and it is affecting the overall shopping experience. I took it upon myself to ask the associate for her name because I truly believe someone needs to have a conversation with her. Her name is Briana. I am not trying to get anyone in trouble or get anyone fired, but this is something that needs to be addressed. Employees represent the company, and basic hygiene and a professional appearance should be expected, especially in a fashion retail store. When I walked toward the back of the store, all I noticed was the strong odor and an unkempt appearance. It completely changed my shopping experience. I hope management takes this seriously because this situation reflects poorly on the store.

  Stopped by Windsor and Serena was a gem! She noticed exactly what I was looking for and made great suggestions I wouldn’t have picked myself. Such a warm personality and excellent customer service. She definitely made my day!

  has a good range of styles and neat store. However over heard management talking down on hispanics, brought my kids to shop for graduation dresses and overheard employees talking about how wasted they would get the night before. Just really gross behavior and have seen these employees multiple times and seems there’s no repercussions.

  Absolutely disgusted by the behavior of an employee here today. Racism is never okay. The worker made disrespectful comments about the Latin community, saying Hispanic/Spanish customers are “thieves” and need extra vigilance. She was also rude and disrespectful to a coworker in front of customers. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
