  I went in a few weeks ago and bought 4 pairs of earrings for 16.97 each. All 4 pairs had the type of backing that you just push the part the goes into the ear down between the middle of the 2 sides. I had to use a fork and gently pry the sides apart so they would fit. I broke one pair trying to fix them. The remaining 3 pairs don't go on easily but for now I can get them to work. Very cheap earrings. I was not impressed with the store at all.

  It's ironic that Nordstroms the department store was known for legendary service. Not here! I bought a box of undershirts that turned out to be too small, but I had already thrown out the receipt. When I called the store to ask if I could exchange it without my receipt, they said "bring the item in, we'll see what we can do for you". But after making the trip to the store, they simply said "no receipt, no return". No discussion. They wouldn't let me exchange it for the right size, even though the shirts were still in the original box with the Nordstrom label on it. Most stores can look up your receipt with your credit card, or will offer an exchange without a receipt if it's obvious you bought the item at their store. Save your hard earned cash and shop elsewhere.

  It's a nice store. Parts are pricey (surprise) but there were good sales. Sizes tend at stay smaller, not a lot of plus size, but my friend said it depends on the day

  Had a great experience at Nordstrom Rack. The men’s suiting and shoe selection was excellent and much better than I expected. They also carry premium brands like On footwear at very solid discounts, which was a nice surprise. The women’s shoe section is massive and offers a ton of great options, easily one of the standout parts of the store. One small thing to watch for: a few pairs of shoes looked slightly worn or tried on quite a bit, so it’s worth double-checking before purchasing. We ended up shopping a little past closing time, but the staff remained courteous and didn’t rush us, which I really appreciated. Overall, a very positive experience and I’d definitely return.
