- MTMargaret TereschukSep 6, 20261.0I have always done Edible Arrangements for special occasions. Recently, I spent $113 ($10 off, originally $123) on flowers and dipped fruit plus delivery. Pricey but always good quality in the past. This time, the bouquet was far different than what was pictured. It wasn’t comparable. They sent a few roses with no filler, which would be about $10 at Walmart. I wrote a complaint to Edible Arrangements on the website and a ticket was opened. It was closed a few days later with no response. I re-opened it and it was again closed with no response. I wanted a partial refund, but still waiting for resolution. Would not recommend at this point.

We talked about a bigger platter because of the people in the office. I did not expect it to be there at 2 PM when everybody’s gone. Very disappointed not a good way to start off my anniversary. I think that given three stars is being very generous.
