  I hadn’t been shoe shopping in such a long time and stopped into this DSW the other day. It was great! Everything was clean and neatly organized, tons of selection to choose from, and the clearance section in the back was full of really great finds too! After my “five minutes” turned into 2 hours I ended up with five pairs, two of which I decided to put on hold for a couple of days which my mom was going to pick up for me. Unfortunately there was a mix up and the shoes got put back, but the manager that day, Jen, patiently helped my mom find them and was so incredibly nice about everything. It seems like everywhere you need help nowadays it’s some kind of automated voice or running in circles or a “not my problem” mentality. Not the case here. I loved all the shoes I picked out and spent so much time deciding on them (and making my poor mom give her opinion the whole time!), it meant the world to me that Jen was able to find them again and help turn a potentially frustrating and disappointing experience into one of the best experiences we’ve had with a business in a long time. Thank you!!! We will definitely be back to this DSW any time we need shoes in the future.

  The SHOE GOAT of the DW. Best sales, even better selection. Even my daughter knows where they hide all the cute shoes and she's three. Only place I'll shop for any of my ten toes! We love u Nancy!

  Just dropped by for a return. It was a tuesday morning so, not busy at all and took just a minute. The store was large and seemed to have nice variety, but that also made it overwhelming to shop. No signage or indication and what kind of shoes were where.
