    I had a terrible shopping experience at the American Eagle store in the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH. The customer service was rude, and I was told to get my own bag to carry my items or pay for one. It’s ridiculous for AE to treat customers this way. This has now happened to me twice at this location, and it really feels like the store is trying to make money by forcing customers to buy expensive bags.
