  Horrible service all around used to be my favriote store in the whole area until I met worisha I told my aunt I didn’t need help but she asked anywways wasn’t her fault I then told worisha what I was looking for and she said they didn’t have them there and she stared at my shirt and had the nerves to tell me the brand I had on was a different brand wich I already knew but was none of her buisness to say that and I found that extremely disrespectful and that she should 100% be repramnded for her actions.

  Ralph is obviously past his prime. For years I would shop at Ralph Lauren stores particularly for his Oxford shirts and khaki slacks. I went to the store at the Merrimack premium outlet and was sorely disappointed. While the prices remain high the quality is gone: light weight and limp. I found better quality at The Gap store for less than half the price.

  Always very helpful and attentive staff. Great selection of big man's clothes and as I’ve lost weight they have regular men’s sizes. Every year for my birthday I make my trek to the Merrimack outlets and only to the Ralph Lauren Outlet Store! C CAREY

  Nice store with friendly, approachable staff. Make sure you look thoroughly since there are gems to be found.
