Went there and the guy working there told me that he can take out only one watch and rest we have to see from display… refused my request when I asked him to look at second watch from display and he said to me that I don’t need to buy watch from there…. So rude and worst movado showroom ever …. I would rather prefer to go for other brand of watches or any other movado showroom but not this one for sure….

Worst service of this Movado location ever. Male worker on Sunday afternoon just didn’t want to do anything. Firstly, he just made his face so rude when you enter inside. Then strictly told that he cannot take out one watch more than one time from the display in very aggressive voice like he was giving a threat. Wish there would be an option of 0 star rating.

I visited your Merrimack outlet around 5:30 PM. The manager was a woman, and there was one male worker. I picked out some watch and was ready to check out at about 5:50 PM. When I approached the counter, I was told they were closing. I said, “You close at 6, right?” She said, “No, 5:55.” I had chosen my items already. Another customer had also picked a watch. The male worker’s iPad died, and the manager said there wasn’t another one they’d closed everything. I explained I had been there before closing. She processed my checkout eventually but refused cash, saying they closed. I was surprised there were still minutes left. The manager then told me not to come back. Honestly, this is not how you run a business. Whether it’s corporate or independent, if no one follows up, the manager is ineffective. You need to pay attention. If independent, I hope they’ll take feedback seriously. If corporate, it feels like they don’t care because they have other revenue streams. Either way, service was poor. I hope someone will address it.

Bad service, I recently bought a watch from the store and wanted them to adjust the wrist size for the watch as it was bigger than my wrist. I went on Monday to get it done the workers there told me they didn't know how to and told me to come back the next day so that the assistant manager and another person could fix the issue which was not the case the next day I went. Neither the assistant manager nor the other worker know how to fix the wrist size for a watch that is in their store. Worst part is there was no compensation for wasting my time twice in a row for a service supposedly free and I live far away and even tried sending me to another store which I would have to pay for a service originally free due to the workers not knowing how to fix the size of a wrist originally sold in their store and even broke the original one in the process which is very unprofessional considering the brand.
