  I buy a lot of Marc Jacobs items online and occasionally visit the stores as well. Unfortunately, the online customer service has been extremely disappointing. However, the team at the Merrimack Outlets completely changed my perspective on the brand. Robin is an incredible manager, and it truly shows through her staff. Everyone there is welcoming, professional, and clearly well-trained. I was honestly considering stopping my Marc Jacobs purchases because of my online customer service experiences, but Robin and her team changed my mind completely. We’ll definitely continue shopping at the Merrimack location anytime we’re looking for something. I also want to give a special shoutout to Robin for her kindness during our visit. My mother wasn’t feeling well and became a little dizzy from the sun, and Robin immediately offered her a bottle of soda water without hesitation. That level of care and attentiveness is rare. I manage a restaurant myself, and I can honestly say people like Robin are hard to come by. She and her team deserve recognition for the outstanding experience they provide.

  Great experience at Marc Jacobs Merrimack Outlet! We picked up an amazing tote bag at the Marc Jacobs store at Merrimack Premium Outlets and couldn't be happier! Anastasia helped us out and was absolutely wonderful — super knowledgeable, warm, and made the whole shopping experience really enjoyable. Great find, great service. Highly recommend!

  I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service at this store! I bought a beautiful color block saddle bag about a year ago, and with very light use, all of the screws fell out in the turn-lock mechanism. I contacted Marc Jacobs customer service online and got no response. I was shopping at the Merrimack Outlets a few weeks ago and decided to stop into the store to see if they could do anything. Robin, the manager, and Amy, a sales clerk, were extremely helpful. I told them what happened, and they were very apologetic and sympathetic to my situation. They offered to look up my receipt for the bag and ere able to find it (always leave your phone number, people!) They told me to bring the damaged bag to the store and they would replace it with a new bag. A week later I brought the damaged bag into the store, and Robin presented me with the exact bag, brand new, in all of its packaging. Robin again expressed how sorry she was for what had happened, and she told me if anything happened with the new bag (or any other bought at the store), I knew where to find her. So pleased I decided to stop in that day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  Amy was absolutely amazing! She helped me pick out two bags today at Marc Jacobs and made the whole experience so enjoyable. She was smiling, happy, and incredibly welcoming from the moment we walked in. Her customer service was excellent. she made me feel comfortable, listened to what I wanted, and never rushed me. Because of her, the experience felt special and stress-free. Thank you, Amy!
