  Love the brand, but had a really disappointing experience with the sales staff. I went in to check for another size, and to my surprise, the staff started speaking negatively behind my back — unaware that my sister overheard everything. When I addressed it directly, their response was shockingly rude. It completely ruined the experience for me. A brand I’ve always loved, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

  I bought 5 pieces of t-shirts for 5 people. They were gift for five people. I said can you please give me 5 bags because these are gift for my 5 different friends and she said okay. After that she gave me 2 bags and I said can you please give me 3 more? She said no. I didn’t say anything to her and just left from store. She was unfriendly, just doing her job, not trying to help to people. I don’t know her name but I was disappointed. Store is very good but the cashier was very bad.

  Good collection but I prefer going to a store like Macy’s so you can find better and more options in good price.
