  The manager “Willy” not sure how to spell his name, not sure if his the manager but he said he was … is the worst rude person ever. Never going back there for sure.

  SCAM Up 40% entire store and clearance up to 70% are scam. I asked the manager where is 70% off. He pointed me the corner and I picked up the short and ask him the final price, he told me 40% off. I decided that not to buy that short because after 40% off is still high with that material. He told me shyly that up to 70%. He knew that the shop was scamming customers. I chosed a new short in the shelf with the panel up 40% off , asked the woman staff and she told me 40% off. I paid 5 items and forgot to check the bill. After removed the marks, I exploided that the short didn’t discount. I complained the manager. He told that the short was new collection and the panel sale up 40% was for the T-shirt near the shorts, not for the shorts. The manager did the bill for me. He know clearly that I chosed the quality items with the maximum discount only but he did not tell me the short keep the original price. I shamed for him. He was scamming the customers and feel bad about that. Guys, if you don’t proud your company, don’t do for them. Hugo Boss, if you scam the customers, you loose the truth of the customers. Finally, I never buy Hugo Boss any more. Guys, please boycott this evil business. ARNAQUE Jusqu'à 40 % de réduction sur tout le magasin et jusqu'à 70 % de réduction sont des arnaques. J'ai demandé au gérant où se trouve la remise de 70 %. Il m'a indiqué le coin et j'ai pris le short et lui ai demandé le prix final, il m'a dit 40 % de réduction. J'ai décidé de ne pas acheter ce short car après 40 % de réduction, c'est toujours élevé avec ce tissu. Il m'a dit timidement que jusqu'à 70 %. Il savait que le magasin escroquait les clients. J'ai choisi un nouveau short dans l'étagère avec le panneau en réduction de 40 %, j'ai demandé à la femme du personnel et elle m'a dit 40 % de réduction. J'ai payé 5 articles et j'ai oublié de vérifier la facture. Après avoir enlevé les marques, j'ai expliqué que le short n'était pas en réduction. Je me suis plaint du gérant. Il m'a dit que le short était une nouvelle collection et que la remise de 40 % sur le panneau était pour le t-shirt près du short, pas pour le short. Le gérant a fait la facture pour moi. Il savait clairement que j'avais choisi les articles de qualité avec la remise maximale uniquement mais il ne m'a pas dit de garder le prix initial. J'ai honte pour lui. Il arnaquait les clients et se sent mal à ce sujet. Les gars, si vous ne faites pas honneur à votre entreprise, ne faites rien pour elle. Hugo Boss, si vous arnaquez les clients, vous perdez la vérité sur les clients. Enfin, je n'achète plus jamais Hugo Boss. Les gars, boycottez cette entreprise malfaisante, s'il vous plaît.

  The WORST service ever… not for the brand, but the manager sucks, the sales man today on march 9 was exceptional, very patient and helpful , the girl definitely don’t care about customers service, she was very rude saying that I cannot try a jacket on the display 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️, don’t waste your time…and don’t make the same mistake, read the reviews, Hugo boss should remove that girl, is damaging the business, even more in this times.
