Stafts work there have very bad attitude, rolling eyes to customer, not helpful at all. Don’t even deserve 1 star !

A cashier accidentally left an item out of my bag upon packing it, which we noticed upon our return home. I called and was told to return to the store, but it’s a 3.5~4hr round trip - nope. I asked if they could mail the item or ship from online store - nope. I was told to call Cust Svc - makes sense. Nope - 40mins on the phone & they only support online sales. They did try to assist, tho! I called back 3 days later & spoke with Brie… amazing customer service, communication, & problem solving skills! She called Cust Svc for me & got them to issue an e-gift card. I appreciate the simplicity & the store taking responsibility for their mistake (no big deal, but fix it!). You’re awesome, Brie 🙏🏼

Visited this store on Friday for jeans and as soon as I walked in there were a group of girls just standing in a circle talking. I walked around a bit and came back towards the front and the group was still there gossiping about how one of their coworkers (I think they said their name was Joe) was pregnant. I then went into the fitting room to try on the jeans and there were two more girls in there I could hear whispering through the stall about how Joe was pregnant, it seemed very private as they were all whispering about it like it wasn’t supposed to be heard. I was very disappointed as I don’t feel private information of another person, including coworkers, should be gossiped about especially in the workplace. Not to mention jeans here are like $80 a pair and the sizing is incredibly inconsistent. Very, very disappointed with this location :(
