- CCCasApr 18, 20261.0Visited this store on Friday for jeans and as soon as I walked in there were a group of girls just standing in a circle talking. I walked around a bit and came back towards the front and the group was still there gossiping about how one of their coworkers (I think they said their name was Joe) was pregnant. I then went into the fitting room to try on the jeans and there were two more girls in there I could hear whispering through the stall about how Joe was pregnant, it seemed very private as they were all whispering about it like it wasn’t supposed to be heard. I was very disappointed as I don’t feel private information of another person, including coworkers, should be gossiped about especially in the workplace. Not to mention jeans here are like $80 a pair and the sizing is incredibly inconsistent. Very, very disappointed with this location :(
- PMPeter MDec 29, 20251.0Staff were not helpful at the store and were not helpful at all. This location is constantly in a sorry state and that is unfortunate as it’s the best priced due to it being an outlet. One of my items had the tag removed, but I had the tag still with it and they refused to return it or even offer simply store credit for the item. I will NEVER return to this location and honestly I didn’t even want to be shopping at this company anymore either. TDLR: don’t come to this store and instead go to the pac sun on the other side of the outlet mall.
